Tengo una duda, llevo 4 meses en el gymnasio pero nose que hacer primero si definir mi cuerpo tomando quemadores de grasa, levar una dieta saludable baja en grasas, o subir masa muscular con proteinas bla bla, y leugo bajar la grasa?
